Alec was so excited that he got to ski like the big kids.
This last weekend we went up to our cabin with the Hainsworth family. We spent all day Friday skiing at Schweitzer. Between us we have nine kids and they all skiied! Alec is 2.5 and it was his first skiing adventure. He was awesome. It was the cutest thing to see him out there flying fearlessly down the hill. We had a little harness and leash on him so he couldn't get away from us, and Chad spent the whole time jogging behind him. So far he's our youngest little skiier. Jack, Lili and Anna also skiied for the first time. They all loved it. Reese got pretty good. He skiied down the whole bunny hill and road the chair lift back up all by himself. I was sitting in the lodge with Alec looking out the window toward the end. All of a sudden here comes Reese on the chair lift all by himself. It kind of freaked me out. He's found a new love. He's now saving all his money for skiis and equiptment.

Thanks for inviting us to your cabin. We had such a great weekend. It was priceless seeing all our awesome kids ski down the mountain. I'm glad we've added snow skiing to our water skiing!
