I was inspired by my sisters blog about their Valentine's fondue tradition. It looked like so much fun. And since I don't have anything else going on these days I rushed right out and bought a fondue pot, then found a WHOLE bunch of recipes. We tried it out for the first time tonight. I made "butterscotch fondue", but it really just tasted like caramel. I liked it though, and so did the kids. We're planning chocolate for next time.

The butterscotch was definitely not quite what I expected. Although very yummy. I have another butterscotch recipe that actually uses butterscotch chips, if you are interested. Looks like you guys had a blast!
