We sold our first boat. We loved it and spent lots of great hours on it. About 250 to be exact. We bought it in 2004 for $12,500 and put almost 250 hours on it. Then sold it this week for $12,300. That's some cheap entertainment. We missed it for about 2 days, then Chad found a new one, and is on his way down to northern Nevada right this moment to pick it up. And noone is more excited about it than Alec because it's YELLOW. His overwhelmingly favorite color is yellow. Chad told him it's his boat because it's yellow, and he thought about that for a few minutes and said "Dad, can I get a truck to pull my new boat?" Chad offered to let Alec use his truck, and that is apparently ok with Alec.

This is a dream post to me. I would love to have so many fun activities to do with my family too. You are so lucky to have a boat, bikes, and good friends to be with!!!
By the way, we met a friend of Chad's out in Pittsburgh. Chris Hoke is in our ward and he asked us if we knew you when he found out we were from Spokane. He says hello!
We loved the blue Malibu! Now, we eagerly look forward to meeting the Yellow Wonder! You guys are definitely an inspiration to Jay and I when it comes to the boat buying world:)
Eli's favorite color is yellow too! It must be the new blue.
