Last weekend was our wards annual father and son camp out. About three years ago we decided to do a girls night out at the same time. So this year was our 3rd annual, and maybe the best one yet. We started our night with dinner at Red Robin. Then we went to Teddy Bear Junction and each of the girls built their own little animal. I've always seen that place and dismissed it as too cutesie, too expensive, etc. But it was so much fun, and worth every penny. The girls loved it! They got little birth certificates, and got to pick out an outfit out of dozens of choices. Abbie is still obsessed with the whole thing and planning her next aquisition (a lamb with pink pajamas). We ended the night with ice cream at Ben and Jerry's.

Abbie's first sleepover!!
Abbie and I had rented a movie for the night, and she wanted her friends to come over and watch it with her, so we decided to have a little sleepover. It was so cute. Emma and Hannah came and they played with their little animals all night and all the next morning. We watched 'Snow Dogs', and had hot cocoa. Then they all went up to Abbie's room and camped out on her floor. They went to bed and 11:30, and got up at 6:30 in the morning to play with their animals a little more. Of course we had to have a little photo shoot to comemorate the evening. Here it is!!

Hey, glad to see you updated your blog. The cousins photos are adorable. Reese looks like he's having a ball playing ball! And, can you believe our girls had a sleepover. My girls still love their stuffed animals.
Looks like you all had a lot of fun. It is so great that Abbie, Hannah and Emma are all such good friends.

What a fun night! I might have to borrow that idea when our ward does the Father/Son campout.
So, so cute. I love that you guys have these great girls to be friends. What a lifelong blessing.
